4 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen
4 shots of Vodka
¼ cup lime juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup soda water

1 lime, quartered, to garnish

Add the watermelon, vodka, lime and lemon juice to the bowl of a blender and blend until smooth. Evenly divide the contents of the blender between 4 glasses. Top each glass off with a splash of soda and garnish with a wedge of lime. Enjoy this not-too-sweet, uber-refreshing summer drink.
