Marty's Spiced Bloody Mary - Castaway Cooks
We like our Bloody Mary’s like we like our summers... Hot and spicy. That’s why this Kimchi spiced Bloody Mary just makes sense to us. Made with our latest flavour-packed craze, Marty’s Spiced Tomato Juice, this drink comes together simply, yet has an explosive flavour that we’re obsessed with. 
 
SERVES 1 
 
FOR THE GLASS RIM 
A lemon wedge 
Equal parts Gochu Garu and salt, combined 
 
FOR THE COCKTAIL 
1 bottle Marty’s Spiced Tomato Juice 
2t Kimchi brine 
1 tot soju (or vodka) 
Juice of ¼ lemon 
½T soya sauce 
 
FOR THE GARNISH 
A lemon wedge 
Kimchi 
Cucumber ribbons 
 
RIM THE GLASS: Run the lemon wedge along the rim of the glass. Pour the Gochu Garu and Salt mix onto a plate, and dip the rim of the glass into it. 
 
MAKE THE COCKTAIL: Add all the cocktail ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a few blocks of ice. Shake to combine and pour into the prepared glass. Garnish with the lemon wedge and a skewer of kimchi and cucumber. Enjoy the spice trip!
