Cayman Islands Rum Rumble

When we think of island life, where the living is easy, we picture ourselves with a sweet, refreshing drink in our hands. This recipe for a Rum Rumble will transport you to the sweet, sweet surroundings of the Cayman Islands. We’ve made it to share, because what’s island living without some company?

SERVES 4
½ cup spiced rum
¼ cup cherry cordial
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice

Maraschino cherries, to garnish
Pineapple, fruit and leaves, to garnish

MAKE THE PUNCH: Add all the ingredients to a large jug. Fill with ice. Mix and divide between 4 tall glasses. Garnish each glass with cherries, pineapple and pineapple leaves.
